What school directors ask

How long does it take to get up and running?

A pilot with one class gets going in days, not months. We set up your school with your name, your logo and your levels, place the class and practice starts that same week. There’s nothing to install and no need to leave the management platform you already use.

Is VOXEO going to compete with my school?

No. We don’t sell courses to students and we have no student-facing brand. The platform is deployed with the school’s name, logo and colors: the student sees their school. Our customer is the school, and our incentive is for your students to stay with you.

Which tools are in beta?

Almost all the student and management tools work today. The ones in beta have a specific limit that we tell you about up front: for example, practice from the coursebook works with the book already loaded and doesn’t yet accept uploading your own PDF, and WhatsApp practice needs Meta to approve the message template. In the demo you’ll see the real status of each one.

Does it work if my teachers aren’t technical?

Yes. The teacher tools are ready-made screens: pick a chapter of the book and generate a gradable practice, or photograph an exam they’ve already marked so what each student got wrong goes into their plan. There’s nothing to configure and no need to learn how to write instructions for an AI.

What happens to my students’ data?

It belongs to the school. Each organization is isolated: another school can’t list or open your students’ sessions. VOXEO is a company headquartered in the United States.

What if my teachers see it as a threat?

It’s the most common objection and it’s a fair one. The AI doesn’t teach the class or grade for the teacher: it takes repetitive work off their plate, like preparing the week’s practice, and gives them back time for what only a person can do, which is teach.
